Made of polyester with limited stretch, the SecureTech Pull/Winch Extension Strap is used to pull lightly stuck vehicles through or over obstacles where a degree of control is required. Once securely attached to both vehicles, the recovery vehicle moves off at a moderate pace to affect recovery. Used as the first line of defense, movement should be gentle with a few jerks as possible. Pull straps can also be used to extend a winch cable, where the anchor point is beyond the reach of the winch cable.
For your peace of mind, all SecureTech recovery straps are labelled with the working load limit (WLL) and the minimum break strength (MBS) and fitted with adjustable protection sleeves.
SecureTech Pull/Winch Extension Straps are available in 3.5m, 5m and 10 m lengths.
